* CNA's and NA's 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Fully trained in Alzheimer's, Dementia and long term care with a minimum of one year experience.

* Activity Director with over two years experience in Alzheimer's, Dementia and long term care. She plans and organizes activities and outings focusing on the Alzheimer's resident.

* Director of Nursing, LPN with over eight years experience in Alzheimer's, Dementia and long term care. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

* Administrator with over twenty years experience in Alzheimer's, Dementia and long term care. Available 24, hours a day seven days a week.

* Joyce Redgrave, RNC, Behavior Specialist available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. She does in house studies on the behavior of our residents, and recommends to the physician medication adjustments.

* Dr. Campbell available by appointment.

* Medical Center of Virginia, Dr. Lakhani - available for emergency medication and behavior management.

* Mary Washington Hospital - a new state of the art facility in Fredericksburg.

* Housekeeping 8 hours a day, seven days a week. Five years experience and training in behavior techniques for Alzheimer's residents with forty hours in Direct Care staff training.

* Laundry 8 hours a day, seven days a week. Three years experience and training in behavior techniques for the Alzheimer's residents and forty hours in Direct Care Staff training.

* Food Supervisor with over twenty years experience. She specializes in home cooked meals and caters to the needs of the Alzheimer resident. Snacks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Special family parties are planned through out the year.

* Transportation by appointments, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an experienced caregiver of over twenty years. The vehicles are equipped for the handicapped.

* Maintenance is provided 24 hours a day seven days a week. He is an experienced professional maintenance engineer with over twenty years of experience.

* Throughout the year we offer inservice training and continued education classes to our employees based on issues concerning the elderly.
